Tom Hunt – ‘On Mt Luxmore’ EP – Audio Trailer:

About the EP:

‘On Mt Luxmore’ is dedicated to some of my fondest memories of hiking and wild scenery; from The Lake District and Scotland, to Fiordland, New Zealand. The style spans acoustic folk/rock and blues (with a tiny bit of reggae!) and flautist Hannah Watts also features on the instrumental ‘Lily Tarn’.

This EP is the result of 3 years of hard (but enjoyable) work and is out now on all major digital retailers including Amazon MP3, Spotify and iTuneshttps://itunes.apple.com/gb/album/on-mt-luxmore-ep/id1152334056

About ‘The Outlaws’:

Outlaws Kept The View consists of just two men – Tom hunt and Jake Munn; a duo armed with an acoustic guitar, an acoustic bass guitar and inspiration from artists as diverse as John Butler Trio, Jeff Beck, Vast and film composer Ennio Morricone. Perhaps the best and quickest description of their music is ‘Prog-Folk’ (or ‘Frog-Poke’ to coin a phrase!).

As well as being a dynamic and exciting live act, their songs have been featured on a variety of radio stations and in 2009 they topped the songvault.fm blues charts ahead of hundreds of international artists. Perhaps because of the cinematic influences on their music (eg: Ennio Morricone), their songs have also proven popular with filmmakers. OKTV tracks were used on acclaimed snow sports DVD So Far So Hood’ (4bi9 Media 2009) and online in ‘Wednesdays with Wallisch’ – a video diary about the world champion skiier Tom Wallisch.

This EP ‘Bring Out Your Ghosts’ (c) features five very carefully selected tracks, chosen to showcase the full scale of their sound and their love of genres ranging from folk and blues to rock and ambient.
